Space Source President and founding co-partner, Gary Genzink, is a recognized leader in the real estate industry with 32 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the West Michigan market. Gary is extensively involved in the financing aspects of real estate transactions bringing his knowledge and experience gained from nine years in the banking industry.

Prior to teaming up with Dan Dykgraaf to establish Space Source, Inc., Gary was a managing partner at Woodland Realty, one of the largest premier real estate companies in Western Michigan. He also was a partner of Woodland Associates (a building company), a partner in Investors II, LLC (a real estate holding company), and has since been a partner in several hundred commercial real estate projects.

Gary is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Grand Rapids Commercial REALTOR® Association, Michigan REALTOR® Association, and the National REALTOR® Association.
