Jeff Langejans has been a Space Source team member since 2001, providing building maintenance services with an emphasis on property quality, appearance, and preventive maintenance. Prior to joining Space Source, Jeff spent nine years providing maintenance services to the City of Zeeland. Jeff has extensive maintenance and HVAC expertise along with a construction background, which he employs effectively and knowledgeably in response to client requests, contractor coordination, and overall property value enhancement.

Jeff is based in Grand Rapids but attends to properties in several states.
