Phil Behrens has been providing professional building maintenance services for over twenty years and has performed preventative maintenance for all aspects of building function systems. Phil is a graduate of the John F. Kennedy School of Special Warfare, specializing in Civil Affairs. He has served in the U.S. Army in Bosnia as a reservist, working with public health, sanitation, and transportation departments to establish sewer, power, and security systems. The skills and education gained during his years of service both in Bosnia and as a Gulf War reservist have enhanced his knowledge of building operations systems, providing a depth of service on which Space Source clients can rely.

Phil is based in the company’s Grand Rapids office and holds a degree in Professional Property Management through the Professional Career Development Institute.
