Space Source representatives work closely with our clients to determine the best way to build and sustain business relationships. This extends to providing our clients with options for administering leased-owned properties. For example, Space Source may purchase or construct a building specific to a client’s needs and lease it to that client. At mutually-agreed upon, strategic dates, the client has the option of purchasing the building outright. Or, if it’s in the best interest of the relationship, Space Source will construct a market rate lease option. We look for opportunities to provide our clients with built-in equity.
